@ the height of arcade gaming my pockets were being emptied quicker than winning a round in street fighter 2. mortal kombat 2, daytona usa, the simpsons, tmnt, x-men all were quarter crunchers. too bad arcades these days have lost their once glorified stature...maybe now people realize you don't ever really know what grossness each joystick has under a microscope. VIVA LA QUARTERS!!!!

ooh yea!!! arcades are not retaining the same value as they first did in the 90's. one factor was we didnt have access to those once "next generation" gaming at the time. now a days technology has risen and has given gamers the access to play games far better at home without travel.
but then again.. something as great as DDR or initial D, something that needs the actual arcade feel to it is essential in arcades.. too bad they are expensive.
